Busy Bees
The teachers of Busy Bees provide an exciting, fun-filled and educational experience for their students. In this classroom, children learn through exploration of their own environment. The children work with materials such as paint, clay, glue, crayons and markers. Each month there are imaginative, child centered thematic units. Students learn about themselves and the world around them. Students build skills to help them relate to others in different situations, with their daily encounters and through literature. The themes are incorporated in all areas of the curriculum as the students develop reading and language skills, problem solving strategies, art techniques, and further enhance their knowledge of social and science concepts. The teachers integrate the child’s needs, interest, and abilities into their instruction. The instruction is designed to address the development of the whole child including their: cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth.
Staff is very warm and welcoming, the place is full of colors and Ms. Charles is one who gives motherly love to all.
